Storage Room Added in Karşıyaka

Project Description:

A villa owner in Karşıyaka wanted to refurbish the 30 m² free space beneath the roof and turn it into a storage room. The project involved the teardown and removal of a part of a round wall and fitting a new window and a new door. A new tile floor was laid, polished, and sealed; and the ceiling was refurbished. The renewed space was an excellent addition to the villa. The team was able to complete the project in only two weeks.

Project Challenges:

• The teardown was carefully performed so as not to disturb or harm the existing walls or structure.
• The existing round shape of the villa would require some expert craftsmanship on the part of the team.
• The window addition needed to complement the existing villa structure and blend in well.
