They added a storage annex, elegant stonework, and a lovely paved entry to our hillside dwelling. We later asked Dursun to turn our ground floor bedroom into a spacious gathering place. The guys were able to install cypress tree support timbers on the ceilings and repurpose rustic brick for my fireplace enclosure. I had them build an interior stone wall and shelves out of large rock, which turned out extremely well. They put in many large glass windows so I could enjoy the outdoor foliage and surrounding views. It was quite a challenge, but in the end everything was great. I learned a lot from these folks, and I’d recommend them to anyone wanting to design and build an exquisite modern living space in North Cyprus.

Initially we had some new external lights added to the property and then had our hall stairs and landing decorated by his painters. As a painter myself in the UK, I cast a very critical eye over their workmanship and I was delighted with the results, which were first class.

At the end of last year when we returned to the UK, we hired Dursun to completely rip out our downstairs shower room and turn it into a bright and practical utility room. And despite being 2 000 miles away, the project was executed to a very high standard without issues. Dursun sent many photos throughout all stages of the renovation, and when we saw the results in this year we were certainly not disappointed. The jobs that were carried out included: pulling out the old en-suite, closing the old doorway, making a new doorway with sliding door, tilling and fitting new en-suite. We also asked to remove some patio doors leading to our son's games room, build the new wall and move the old en-suite door to the games room.
